  El hotel se ha quedado muy anticuado y necesita un cambio de imagen, pintura, alfombras y materiales en general. la insonorización de la habitación era pésima. el desayuno es realmente mediocre, destacando los zumos, que están más cerca de un medicamento que de una fruta natural. el personal de recepción, sin duda lo mejor.

  J'avais réservé une chambre avec un lit 2 places et nous avons eu une chambre avec 2 lits simples. la réception n'a pas facilité notre demande de changer de chambre, mais a finalement trouvé une chambre avec les critères demandés pour la seconde et troisième nuit. nous avions pourtant fait notre réservation en juillet pour novembre ! produits du petit déjeuner très bas de gamme et sans saveur. chambre poussiéreuse.

  Well located, easy to find, near public transport systems, within easy reach of activities & tourist sites ample breakfast. breakfast arrangement need sorting out as tables were reserved, but unused, with a queue of guests waiting in the corridor, waiters could learn to smile! reception & hospitality friendly & helpful

  Le "plus" de cet hôtel : l'accueil, très agréable, et le personnel qui parle volontiers plusieurs langues, dont le français. un bémol : le rapport qualité-quantité/prix du restaurant de l'hôtel, médiocre : c'est cher pour le peu qu'il y a dans l'assiette... il vaut bien mieux diner chez l'italien un peu plus bas sur le même trottoir (si on ne veut pas marcher) ou dans le quartier derrière l'hôtel (rues avec charme, restaurants divers). a savoir: service réservation de voiture sans problème, mais c'est le loueur qui n'a pas respecté les horaires...

  L'accueil dans cet hôtel est vraiment très mauvais. aucune marque de sympathie, aucune aide, le dernier jour un réceptionniste semblait faire preuve d'empathie mais c'était vraiment le seul sur les 5 ou 6 personnes que nous avons vues.

  The staff in the restaurant for breakfast were generally unwelcoming and bordering on insolent (one). everything was too much trouble. otherwise the reception staff were very pleasant. we did mention the problem to reception and they were already aware of it.

  Sur l'isolation sonore petit problème étant sur la cour interne de l'hôtel à 3h du matin il y a le ramassage des poubelles. l'ascenseur fait un peu de bruit. si non l'ensemble est plus que correct pour le prix.

  Etant qq1 que l'on peut considerer de difficile en terme d'hebergement en vacances, je n'hesiterez pas a recommander cette hotel qui vraiment etait super qu niveau qualite/prix .. tout etait bien sauf l'insonorisation des chambres : on entend trop bien les voisins ou qu'ils soient et bizzaremnet la rue est calme..

  We are a part of a book club and we have a yearly weekend break. none of our party of three had been to lisbon before and we have thoroughly enjoyed our trip. the hotel was a good value and pleasant place to stay and the staff were all friendly and efficient

  Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à lisbonne et le rapport qualité -prix du séjour était tout à fait excellent. la situation de l'hôtel est particulièrement intéressant; notre chambre était située au quatrième étage coté parc. le petit déjeuné était tout à fait convenable, le personnel souriant et aimable. pour voyager daasn toute la ville nous conseillons les ticket transports en commun "7 colines".

  L'hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel est sympathique. un petit bémol concernant le petit-déjeuner: leur jus de fruit ressemble plus à de l'eau aromatisée qu'à un vrai jus de fruit.

  L'hotel miraparque è in un'ottima posizione, di fronte al parco enrico vii, in zona tranquilla. va segnalato, per chi come noi arriva a lisbona con l'auto, cosa che non fanno all'hotel, che a pochi metri di distanza c'è un ampio parcheggio che costa solo poco più di 5€ al giorno. l'ufficio è chiuso al sabato e alla domenica, ma le sbarre sono aperte in quei giorni. il personale dell'hotel indica come parcheggio esclusivamente quello davanti all'hotel stesso, che è pubblico e a pagamento con parcometro. anche nel foglio con informazioni varie che si trova in ogni stanza, si parla solo del parcheggio pubblico e mai di quell'altro. il fatto è che il parcheggio pubblico viene a costare circa 20€ al giorno! il personale è molto gentile perchè si offre di inserire le monete nel parcomentro quando il tempo scade se il cliente è in giro per la città, ma per quale motivo non parlano dell'altro parcheggio che costa un quarto?

  L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville. présente un excellent rapport qualité/prix,l'accueil pourrait être un peu plus souriant. l'accès internet ne fonctionne pas correctement et c'est très cher (3, € les 15 mn pour quelque chose qui ne fonctionne pas).

  Bonne isolation phonique avec l'extérieur (pas de bruits de voiture ou d'avion) maisr l'isolation phonique entre les chambres est à améliorée = télévision, conversation, bruits de pas entre les étages ou alors faut-il peut être éduquer les clients. le thé est effroyable et le café pousse au crime. par contre le personnel parle soit français soit anglais, ce qui est génial pour communiquer lorsque que l'on ne connaît que les rudiments du portugais.

  Ma fille et moi avons passé un excellant séjour dans cet hotel ,tres bien situé pour visiter lisbonne de long en large .un personnel tres agréable et parlant pour certain le français .ce qui serait bien c'est que le payement par cheque soit accepter etant donné l'ouverture des frontieres ,nous sont tous européen .(soucis de payement par carte suite à une erreur de ma part )

  Although the situaton was very good and close enough to rossio to walk, the area was very much a business district and we prefer a more atmospheric area with restaurants etc. with transport in lisbon so good, i think it is better to stay in one of the older districts further out as we did last year.

  Das ist schon ein älteres hotel und wir hatten das pech das fenster in den hinterhof zu haben. andererseits waren wir ohnehin nur zum schlafen in dem hotel. das frühstücksbuffet war nicht überwältigend abwechslungsreich, aber für unere 4 tage aufenthalt allemal in ordnung. die lage des hotels ist ausgezeichnet, sehr gute anbindungen an das öffentliche verkehrsnetz. abschließend ist zu sagen, dass das preis-leistungsverhältniss für diese lage ausgezeichnet ist

  Très bon rapport qualité/prix du 07 au 11 juillet, ensuite les prix augmentent... les parcmètres devant l'hotel sont alimentés par un préposé de l'hotel en notre absence mais pour laisser la voiture plusieurs jours de suite, mieux vaut utiliser le parking qui se trouve 50 m plus bas ds la rue (bp moins cher) le métro est à 2 min et en 10min, vous êtes devant les trams qui desservent tous les sites touristiques à recommender vivement

  Zimmerausstattung sauber aber einfach, bequeme betten, ruhige lage, gutes frühstück. sehr nahe zur bushaltestelle (auch flughafenbus) und metrostation gelegen. alle sehenswürdigkeiten von lissabon gut erreichbar. reichlich öffentliche parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden (gebühr).

  Hôtel situé dans quartier calme proche des quartiers touristiques et bien desservi par les transports en commun (bus et métro à proximité). demander une chambre avec vue sur le parc. le choix au petit déjeuner pourrait être diversifié. il est vrai qu'il faut parfois faire la queue pour avoir accès vers 9h00 à la salle de petit-déjeuner mais ce n'est jamais très long. globalement un hôtel bon rapport qualité prix (j'ai payé 65 euros/nuit) bien situé pour visiter lisbonne

  Accueil chaleureux. 1 chance sur 2 d'avoir une chambre sur le parc mais si vous êtes sympa, y a moyen de négocier. a 5mn en métro du centre de lisbonne. très bon rapport evitez juste de descendre à la dernière minute pour le petit dej car vous risquez d'attendre 5/10 mn

  Très bonne situation, face à un parc (parque eduardo vii), très belle vue… accès facile, à 100 mètres d'une entrée de métro (parque) à 800 mètres de marquès de pombal (autre station de métro et lieu névralgique de beaucoup de bus, y compris l'airport express toutes les 20 min) le personnel est agréable, les petits déjeuners et les lits confortables je vous souhaite un bon séjour !

  Le petit déjeuner était bien, mais la salle n'était pas assez grande pour accueillir tout le monde en même temps, ce qui a engendré 2 jours une attente de 10 minutes environ... pas très agréable le matin... la tv était minuscule et vieillote... sinon, très belle chambre, propre, avec belle vue sur le parc...

  The hotel was very good, and we found the location very conveniant as it was only a minutes walk from the metro. the location was also very quiet. eduardo the porter was very helpful. the breakfast was good except for the hot choice which was the same every day - frankfurters and scrambled eggs. we would use the hotel again.

  Charme d'un accueil à l'ancienne avec présentation de la chambre, room-service, mini-bar à des prix raisonnables. même si l´hôtel n'a pas de parking, le portier gère le parcmètre. hôtel à recommander.

  We were very pleased with this hotel. a very welcome surprise. breakfast staff were very friendly. we had a park view room (4th floor) and both sunrise and sunset were beautiful. street between hotel and park was very quiet at night. the beds were a bit hard. tv had the travel channel. we never felt uncomfortable nearby and the metro is very safe and efficient. highly recommend considering reviews of other hotels in lisbon.

  Emplacement facile de l'hotel pour la visite de la ville. demander la vue sur le parc impérativement, car la vue sur cour est vraiment démoralisante. accueil correct, et bon niveau de propreté, ce qui normal au portugal. quand au reste, c'est du standard moyen. globalement trop cher à mon avis sur le rapport qualité/prix.

  My room across from the park was great. the hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful. when i lost my credit cards, i received help and support beyond the call of duty. the location close to the metro and bus lines is excellent. an excellent value.

  Gutes hotel, probleme werden ausgezeichnet gelöst. sehr gute lage zwischen 2 u-bahn-haltestellen und auch zentral (3-4 haltestellen bis stadtmitte). kleine auswahl beim frühstück.
