  Hotel situé sur un boulevard tres passant : bruit de circulation en fond malgré un bon double vitrage

  Travail notable et professionnel du personnel malheureusement sapé par 3 points: 1. mauvaise isolation et étancheité des chambres (bruits de la circulation dûe à l'absence du double vitrage de qualité et pénétration de l’eau au niveau des fenetres en cas de pluie) 2. dimension des lits discutable.(à moins de 1,75m nos pieds étaient pratiquement hors lit!) 3. ventilation de salle des bains inexistante. (odeur d'égout gênante et persistante.) conclusion: impossible de passer des nuits paisibles...

  We had an excellent holiday. the hotel staff were very efficient and friendly, the room was a decent size; i did not like two single beds pushed together, i would rather have had a double. the hotel om the whole was excellent, especially the breakfast which set us up for the day. my early morning call on our last morning did not materialise but we were already awake so was not a problem. i would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

  One of our party lost his mobile phone in a taxi and the reception staff could not have been more helpful, trying to locate the taxi (a false receipt had been given) and contacting the police for our colleague to report the loss

  Le principal inconvénient de cet hotel est que malgré le double vitrage, on entend la circulation qui est importante. le gros atout: le petit déjeuner (sauf le café).

  Todos os staffs muito simpaticos e prestativos, em especial o pessoal da noite. super pacientes e dispostos a ajudar sempre. a localizacao e excelente proximo ao centro, o quarto muito bom e limpo e o cafe da manha espetacular. com certeza recomendadissimo.

  Ottimo hotel in tutto, unici appunti: le camere sono sufficientemente grandi ma il bagno piuttosto piccolo. e' gradito il rispetto del progetto di diminuzione dell'impatto ambientale ma gli asciugamani da noi lasciati appesi per evitare una inutile sostituzione, sono stati comunque sostituiti. a tal riguardo ci piacerebbe venisse mantenuto quanto dichiarato nei cartellini posti in bagno.

  Whilst the location was excellent and the rate is very reasonable, the hotel had basic lounge areas, breakfast was basic, and lounge area offered over-priced internet rates (€2 for every 20mins!!) on a minor note tv in room wasn't connected properly!! the staff were not great in recommending places to go or sights to see. next time i'm staying in either apartment or four/five star hotel, near bairro alto or baixa districts!

  La chambre est peu spacieuse mais très bien agencée. en revanche l'isolation intérieure reste un point très médiocre. ( y compris pb de bruit de la climatisation en journée). propreté et confort irréprochables.accueil parfait. service petit déjeuner parfait également. un personnel très attentif et disponible cela compense et fait toujours plaisir.

  Hotel récent, déco agréable, petit déjeuner copieux et variés, personnel attentionné. rien à dire sur les qualités. si peut être les chambres qui mériteraient d'être un peu plus grande. très pratrique pour accéder au centre ville avec la station de métro au coin de la rue. je recommande cet hotel

  Beds for couple should be avaiable in the rooms. the breakfast is very good. the staff is very kind, but we have received some wrong information. we booked a tour to porto and the recepcionist told us that the lunch and dinner were included but they weren´t; and also give us the wrong train station and timetable to evora, so we miss the train.

  Un concierge parlant français + accueil + renseignements. endroit pour garder les bagages en attendant que la chambre se libère. tout est fait pour le touriste tant à l'hôtel qu'en ville. lisbonne est une ville où l'on a envie de vivre. prendre de bonnes chaussures de marche. très bonne situation de l'hôtel

  Schönes hotel an guter lage in der nähe einer ubahnstation. moderne zimmer und schönes design im reception- und essbereich. zu fuss ist das zentrum in 10min erreichbar. können wir empfehlen für einen städtetrip.
