  Visitors should be informed that it is all but impossible to drive to the hotel, and that it would be better to either park centrally or forget about driving and take a taxi!

  Surprised by the lack of drinking water in the room. surprised that the bed covers were not put back each day. self help coffee (excellent) provided in the lounge but no tea? the bed was not as comfortable as expected - very firm.

  Herrliche oase der ruhe auf einem der 7 hügel lissabons und doch inmitten einer metropole, das hat schon was. die atmosphäre, die dieses hotel-chen ausstrahlt ist es, was es von großen anderen abhebt.

  Por ayudar a mejorar, quizás ofrecer un periódico a cada cliente, los más normales, frances español ingles o americano según procedencia? la televisón desmerece un hotel de esa categoría, debería ser plana como mínima en el baño, imprescindible para el precio que tiene el hotel ofrecer un set de baño con lo normal, peine, pasta de diente, etc etc, siempre para ayudar a mejorar, espero que me haya ganado una invitación!! un saludo

  The friendliness is superbe - they really give a warm felling of being guest ! we do go back as soon as possible. highlights: recommendation fado-restaurants with one singing celeste rodrigues - what a woman!
