  Excellent location with very good public transport nearby. bus to airport just 100 metres away. research public transport well as there are very good deals. spa area very relaxing. breakfast excellent - both in terms of variety and quality.

  Since we had to leave at 03:00, breakfast was of no use to us. further the other couple we were with were charged less than i was for the same type of room but desk was not willing to change. maybe room rate should be lower with breakfast being a higher rated room including bed turn down service as an example.

  The bed was much too hard, like a stone. it was almost impossible to sleep because of this.

  Très bon hotel, proche du centre, bouche de métro et arrêt de bus à proximité. belle chambre (si dispo demander vue sur lisbonne), jacuzzi, hammam... sympa (pour la rstauration, il faut aller sur ds le centre c' est plus sympa).

  I am a coeliac and the hotel was able to provide gluten free bread each morning for breakfast which was really tasty and a nice touch. also, when we arrived at the hotel at 9.45pm, the lovely receptionist was really welcoming and helpful, and even inquired if we would need some direction to a place to eat. we had already eaten but it was very thoughtful as we weren't familiar with the area and it would have been difficult to find somewhere so late.

  Si quieres visitar lisboa, y tener un buen descanso al final de la jornada, sin duda este hotel es una muy buena opción.

  Wir waren als paar unterwegs und haben den aufenthalt im sana lisboa sehr genossen. das hotel ist ein wirklich gutes mittelklassehotel und wir können es auf jeden fall wärmstens weiter empfehlen. lediglich die preise in der hotelbar sind unserer meinung nach ein wenig überzogen.

  Valido hotel lo suggerisco sia ad una coppia che ad una famiglia che a uomini di affari. il centro dista poco e comunque è collegato bene con la metro. ottima la professionalità del personale. +++++

  Hôtel haut de gamme, situé à 3 stations de métro du centre ville animé. prestation à la hauteur, avec en sus hammam, jacuzzi et sauna. malgré tout, un hôtel aussi "froid" et impersonnel que peut l'être ce type d'établissement. petit dèj frais et complet.

  Excellent location, pricey for what you get but this is the plight of europe. chairs in the room are very uncomfortable and the bed is rock hard, but if you like it this way you will be well served. when you have to pay 20 euros for 2 port glasses at the hotel bar, you know you are being taken advantage of. europe s quickly pricing itself out of reach for all canadians. lisbon is fantastic with some of the fruitiest red wines i have ever tasted, makes me want to move there.

  Great hotel in a great location. rooms very comfortable and very clean. very relaxing hotel with great service. breakfast was excellent. staff very professional & friendly. location very good, 15 min walk down main avenue to centre of lisbon and area with lots of restaurants. airport bus (no. 91) stops right across the road from hotel & tour bus also stops outside the hotel. we travel throughout europe alot & we would highly recommend this hotel. very good value.

  Hemos estado muy a gusto en el hotal sana lisboa.la decoración perfecta, la limpieza también, la atención del personal inmejorable y todo muy cuidado. la ubicación esta muy bien. todos los detalles han hecho la estancia verdaderamente agradable. altamente recomendable! por poner una pega, quizá el servicio de habitaciones era un poco impacienmte a la hora de entrar para preparar la habitación, deberían esperar más a que los clientes saliesen del hotel para hacerlo.

  There should be a regular control of sport equipments. i was unable to use two machines because they were simply broken. one of main reason i have chosen your hotel was the presence of sport equipments. you should invest in more robust installation because it makes a big difference.

  This is a lovely hotel; i travel a lot but this is definitely one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed at. attractive design, attentive and helpful personnel, very well-equipped rooms, great breakfast, a short pleasant walk to the city centre. fantastic value for money. 10 out of 10

  Very nice hotel. very quick to take the subway and go directly to baixa (downtown). clean, no noise. a nice piano-bar in the hotel if you have nothing else to do in the evening.

  Disponer de más opciones de restaurantes en el hotel. sólo había uno y no era muy atractivo. en los desayunos (mediocres) los camareros/ as no eran nada agradables en el trato. los servicios multimedia en las habitaciones (películas, internet) un poco caros y estando tan cerca me hubiera gustado más cadenas sintonizadas en español (sólo había tve internacional) el baño un poco pequeño. aún con esos pequeños inconvenientes, la estancia fue agradable y la relación calidad precio ¡mejor que la de algunos hoteles de 5 estrellas españoles! como comentario final positivo ¡quÉ gran cama!

  Arrivés très tot de recife (brésil) nous avons néanmoins obtenu tout de suite une chambre et avons pu récupérer le décalage horaire et ceci sans supplément ce qui a été très appréciable aussi. emplacement un peu loin du centre mais il y a le métro. et à 50 mètres le bus qui amène à l'aéroport ce qui est génial. personnel aimable et serviable

  Excellent séjour à l'hôtel sana lisboa a recommander sans hésitation sur tous les points de vues. préférez toutefois une chambre le plus haut possible de l'immeuble si vous êtes coté rue.

  Excellent value for money - especially the internet rate i got - may even book again for next year. a swimming pool would be nice. hot side of breakfast was on the "cold" side despite being kept on a hotplate not nice having cold egg or sausages. fresh fruit lovely - would have been nice to se less "tinned" fruit like pineapple and peach - fresh would have been nicer! staff all friendly & helpful. great location. would stay again. swimming pool would have been a plus!

  El desayuno tiene muy poca variedad, siempre lo mismo y para una estancia >5 días se hace pesado. además la calidad no llega a la nota de aprobada. el café tiene un sabor a recalentado.
