  This was our first visit to lisbon. the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff made it an enjoyable visit.

  Hotel bien situé pour une visite de lisbonne mais petit déjeuner, comme presque dans tous les hotels malheureusement, sans originalité (jambon carré, fromage carré !!!) aucun signe rappelant que nous sommes au portugal

  Breakfast could have been slightly better. after a slight rush it took a long time to replenish food items and plates, glasses etc, but staff were always curteous and helpful.

  Dommage que le bar n'etait pas covenablement rempli et que les produits d'higiene(savon etc) n'eatit pas remplacées tous les jours

  Accueil pas très souriant, hall de l'hôtel un peu austère, climatisation bruyante mais indispensable la nuit, chantiers bruyants en face hôtel

  Tres bon hotel - chambre a 70 euros le parking etant trop petit pour l hotel, ils fonctionnent avec un hotel de la meme chaine pour vous trouver une place a 5 min a pied.

  Nous avons passé une merveilleuse nuit dans cet hotel à lisbonne. cet hotel est très comfortable, offre de bons services et le personnel est très professionnel et très aimable.

  Dommage que la climatisation soit indispensable car elle est assez bruyante. malgré + de 15 chaînes tv aucune en français, dommage, au moins pour les info. par contre l'arret pour l'aerobus (direct aeroport) est juste à côté, bien pratique.

  The only drawback was the lack of a restaurant facility in the evening as on our first night we got the impression that only light snacks were available but i realise that with so many excellent restaurants not so far away may be te cause.

  Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean, excellent value for money, would definately stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

  Hotel très bien situé dans une rue calme et proche des transports en commun, personnel très accueillant, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

  Le happy hour au bar est un mirage ... et il faut quémander des sachets de thé pour le petit déjeuner. c'est assez énervant ... sinon les chambres sont très comfortables et l'hotel à 200 mêtres du métro et de l'aerobus qui va à l'aéroport.

  Il faudrait que la direction de l'hôtel fasse de gros efforts avec le système des cartes bleues internationales afin que nous ne passions pas plus de 30 minutes pour payer et surtout qu'on ne nous dise pas que notre banque refuse le paiement surtout pour 274e .

  Un gros bemol qui ne figure pas dans votre questionnaire tres froid dans les chambres et pas de possibilite de chauffage car le systeme de climatisation de l'hotel ne le permettait pas .
