  Dans la chambre aucune place pour mettre notre sac. le sol par endroit était défaillant (bois en mauvais état) et nos pieds s'enfonçaient donc dans une moquette sale...le bruit était infernal, les photos des chambres trompreuses, rien à voir avec la notre. pas de sale de bains et de toilettes dans la chambre....bref une horreur sur une semaine de réservé sommes restés 1 seule nuit...

  Nous avons réservé une chambre double pour 2nuits avec salle de bains et, arrivés sur place, suite à une erreur, il n'y avait pour la première nuit, qu'une chambre minuscule avec salle de bains à l'étage. c'était une mauvaise surprise, surtout que la chambre était minuscule! le point positif était qu'on nous a fait un bon rabais et que l'on avait un petit balcon! la deuxième nuit, nous avons eu une chambre avec salle de bains, mais sans balcon et elle était tout aussi minuscule que la première, alors finalement, nous avons trouvé que la différence de prix pour la salle de bain dans l chambre n'en vallait pas la peine!! petit déjeuner laissant vraiment à désirer, mais cela n'a aucune importance, étant donné qu'autour de l'hôtel, il y a énormément de choix pour les petit-déjeuners (bons, pas chers, en terrasse)!! enorme point positif de l'hôtel : la situation, vraiment géniale, idéal pour un week-end car très centré!

  Déco très kitch mais tout est propre et fonctionne bien. en revanche cet hôtel est vraiment très bruyant, tant pour les bruits venant de la rue que pour ceux des chambres voisines. et nous n'étions qu'au mois de mars, fenêtres fermées...

  L'hôtel est excellent pour ce que je souhaitais : centré, confort minimum mais correct avec un personnel d'accueil qui parle plusieurs langues. le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon (le café de l'automate est franchement mauvais). le pain n'est pas du tout savoureux. et les personnes qui fournissent le self service et qui nettoient (quand elles en ont envie) les tables ne sont pas du tout formées hôtellerie. elles n'ont pas d'attention pour les clients, passent à côté des tables avec un bac plein d'eau sale... mais je préfère des prix bas et accepter le côté médiocre du petit déjeuner.

  Old trad. building,high ceilings, quaint lift. everything worked and the staff did their job ok.on pedestrianised street,if you don't like the noise of this wonderful location, stay out of town!the bins do have to be emptied! v near to metro baixo/chiado. use the 5 flights of underground escalators to reach the part of town that's up. without the need to access the platforms. use aerobus to rossio,3.5eu fromair/pt. exit square to lt of benneton shop,walk approx 200mts will return to lisbon and this hotel.one day.

  The breakfast was a joke--lousy machine coffee, juice that was more water than juice, some rolls. the room was very small, the bathroom tile was moldy, the floor was dirty, the room needed a good coat of paint--note: the first room we had was so small we asked to change to the originally agreed to twin room, slightly bigger, but also dirty.

  Je recomande cet hôtel idéalement situé mais avec un problème important : le bruit pour les chambes qui donnent sur la rue principale. ( bruyant toute la nuit jusqu'à 3 -4 h00 du matin !! ) et si l'on ferme les fenêtres = étouffant de par le manque d'air conditionné.

  I lived in room 21 and found it ok, except that it was difficult to use the toilet seat because my knees were pushing against the bath. i am not a tall man, so anyone taller than 176 cm will feel even less comfortable. i also found it strange to have an electric heater connected directly to the ac (no plug, why? it does not allow to move it closer to the bed...), and there are no ac outlets, except 1 in the bathroom. so if one has to charge batteries and a shaver, he/she will not be able to do so simultaneously.

  De par la barrière de la langue, nous avons réservé une chambre sans sanitaire ! pour y remédier à l'hôtel nous devions payé 25 euros de plus par nuit ( prix initial 35 euros). nous avons donc conservé cette chambre ; et de fait les sanitaires(douche +wc séparé)sur le pallier ont tjrs été libres qd nous le souhaitions et tjrs très propres .nous n'avons donc pas été déçus même si, à refaire, nous reprendrions directement plus de confort . mais nous préfèrions nous faire des petits restos sympas que de payer plus !! en outre l'hôtel ne peut pas être mieux situé par rapport au centre ville.les chambres ne st pas grandes mais propres, et le décor n'est peut être pas top mais le rapport qualité/prix est excellent.

  Great variation in rooms in terms of size and standard. we stayed in 3 different rooms. upgrading is needed in some. would recommend the hotel on the basis that one of the better rooms was available. some rooms are not to be recommended,

  My arrival was not good as i had booked a room with a bathroom and hadn't been allocated one. the staff were very helpful and did offer to change me to a different hotel however this wasn't an acceptable alternative for me. my fisrt night was therefore spent with a shared bathroom and whilst it wasn't too bad it wasn't what i had booked or wanted. on day 2 i changed rooms however this one did have a bathroom but it was very small and had no view or balcony. after again complaining that this wasn't what i had booked (and spoting an open door into the perfect room and requesting this room) - i changed to a brilliant room - in fact i would say the best room in the hotel - spacious room with nice bathroom, big balcony and great views - this made up for the initial problems.

  Excellente situation géographique, en plein centre, bon rapport qualité prix, chambres petites mais tres bonne literie et tres propres, accueil pas très sympathique a la reception mais femme de chambre tres agréables, sdb un peu exigue mais très popre, petit dejeuner simple mais satisfaisant.

  "la propiedad ofrece 54 cómodas e insonorizadas habitaciones individuales, dobles y triples, que disponen de cuarto de baño privado con secador de pelo. todas las habitaciones están equipadas con escritorio, televisión vía satélite, calefacción, teléfono directo y caja fuerte" por lo menos en nuestra habitacion no habia tv por satelite ni secador de pelo. con ese sistema de calefaccion (radiador electrico que solo funcinaba en la primera velocidad, 1 de 3)no habia quien entrara en calor. el desayuno muy pobre,el zumo de naranja era casi transparente, nada que ver con lo que se muestra en las fotos, muy poca variedad...

  La propreté de la salle de bains commune laisse à désirer. le prix à la nuit pour une chambre sans sanitaire aucun me semble un peu élevé, d'autant plus que la chambre, charmante tout de même, est exigue pour deux personnes. le classement trois étoiles de l'hôtel mériterait une plus grande qualité quant à la nourriture proposée au petit déjeuner.

  Wir hatten um ein größeres zimmer gebeten, was wir auch bekommen haben - ohne aufzahlung. trotzdem war das zimmer noch eher klein. für 2 nächte wars voll ok, mehrere hätten wir dort nicht ausgehalten. oropax zum schlafen ist in der altstadt von lissabon immer gut. frühstück war nicht gut, kein käse, keine wurst, ... wir haben das hotel wegen der ausgezeichneten lage genommen, es kommt immer drauf an was einem wichtig ist.

  L'hotel n'est pas un luxe, mais on nous a bien accueilli. on avez besoin de louer une voiture, l'hotel nous en a trouver une le matin meme. on a pas regretté.

  Mit einigen einfachen veränderungen wäre der aufenthalt sehr angenehm geworden: ein besseres frühstück wäre dringend zu empfehlen, denn gerade in portugal wird man überall mit bestem kaffee verwöhnt, da fällt es schwer auf schlechten instant-kaffee aus der maschine zurückgreifen zu müssen. ebenfalls ist untragbar wenn direkt neben dem eigenen frühstückstisch essensreste in eine große mülltonne gekippt werden. den service betreffend war das personal hilfsbereit, aber leider nicht besonders gut geschult. englischkenntnisse waren teilweise so gut wie nicht vorhanden, ortskenntnis desgleichen.

  Bien préciser aux futurs clients de prendre une chambre "avec bain". nous sommes tombés sur une chambre "sans bain" c'est à dire avec salle de bains et wc sur la pallier, le tout commun à 7 chambres. un peu juste..... l'énorme plus de cet hotel est sa situation en plein centre ville dans une zone piétonne avec tout à portée:métro, tram,resto,sorties,ballades.......

  Das hotel müsste dringend renoviert werden - schade, dass diese wunderbare lage so schlecht genutzt wird. die fenster waren schlecht isoliert, es hat gezogen, war also sehr kalt nachts. zur empfehlung: ja und nein - sehr gute lage, müsste aber etwas mehr komfort bieten.

  Wc-tür auf unserem stock konnte leider nicht geschlossen werden (da tür breiter als der türrahmen), das war sehr schlecht! vorschlag: reparieren!!

  Je n'ai pas pu jugé le petit déjeûner car nous ne l'avons pas pris. en effet, il était servi de 8h.00 à 10h.00 et nous devions être à l'aéroport à 8h.00. ils ne nous ont rien proposé d'autre. je recommanderais cet hôtel pour sa situation et pour une nuit voire deux mais pas plus.

  Un hotel trés bien placé en centre ville dans le quartier de baixa, rue piétionne. la chambre un peu petite mais suffisante pour passer la nuit. toutefois l'acceuil dépend de la personne sur qui l'on tombe, à notre arrivé un gars plutot froid mais à notre départ un jeune homme trés aimable souriant et sympathique. le prix de 45€ la nuit (en janvier) est raisonnable pour sa situation géographique. a refaire je ferrai le même choix c'est certain!

  On arrival, catherina put us into a room with a faulty and dangerous lightswitch ( live wire exposed ! ). on immediate protest, we were upgraded to a much better room and enjoyed ourselves from then on.

  Situation exceptionnelle dans une très belle avenue piétonne remplie de commerces et d'animation de rue, proche de tout (1mn du centre, de la mer, du metro, des bus... ) je déconseille la chambre côté cour à coté des wc. elles nous a semblé bien plus petite et plus bruyante que les autres). petit déjeuner qui laisse à désirer (croissants industriels, pas de choix de confiture, jus d'orange ressemblant plus à des pastilles de vitamines diluées...)

  Vu l'emplacement ideal de cet hotel, on oublie les quelques côtés négatifs, p.ex. le petit déjeuner mauvais, mais dans l'ensemble, nous sommes prêts a y retourner. l'accueil est très bon et la vue sur la magnifique rue est splendide.

  Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais la situation géographique de l'hotel est excellente. les chambres devraient être restaurées, elles sont petites mais le balcon y est très agréable.

  Une des fenêtres de la chambre était bouchée par une armoire et l'autre par des échafaudages...et la chambre minuscule et mal aménagée. (on pourrait faire beaucoup mieux, même dans un si petit espace. les wc du couloir bouchés pendant deux jours! heureusement que ça n'était pas cher!

  Accueil éxécrable, aucune amabilité, m^me les basics "bonjour""merci""bienvenue", etc ne sont pas pratiqués. le petit déjeuner est plus qu'ordinaire : pain, beurre, confiture, jus de fruits concentrés, pas de yaourts, ni céréales, etc. beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de service et les prestations (même pas de mini-bar, etc...)

  Sehr kleine, dunkle zimmer. man hat sich nicht getraut, das fenster zu öffnen, da es zu einem hinterhof führte, das von taubennestern nur so überfüllt war. es gab jeden tag das selbe frühstück und keine wurst oder käse, nur marmeldade.

  What an amazing hotel! such good value for money , was right in the butiful centre of lisbon, and right by the metro aswell, close to trains to get to beach, an awsum location.rooms pretty small but amazing value for money esp as breakfast was included an its actualy pretty good! was very impressed with this hotel.

  I would recommend the hotel, but i would add that it is quite loud between the rooms (you can hear your neighbours coughing) - and it can be very noisy at night in the weekends when tourists and portuguese youth shout the alcoholized brains out. the service at the hotel though is excellent!!!

  Excellent location and helpful staff on the front desk. we appreciated the fact that the room was available when we arrived at 12.30 and that there was a room for left luggage when we checked out.

  Reception area, breakfast room were fine. our bathroom was ok too but bedroom very tired looking could do with freshing up. location was good, view of a brick wall but room was quite at night. would recommend to friends if asked.

  Location excellent room with bathroom very basic small but clean.cleaning staff very good sheets and towels spotless. excellent restaurante concha d oura just two blocks away worth a visit.

  Principal atout : sa situation en plein centre de lisbonne. chambre petite donnant sur une cour-puits, pas d'éclairage au chyevet du lit et surtout odeur de fuel émanant de la salle de bains pourtant propre ! hôtel à recommander essentiellement pour sa situation géographique

  Very good value for money in excellent location in old town pedestriamised area. only negative consequence of this was lack of parking. very helpful staff. ideal short break hotel in this price range.

  My room had a view to the river visible across praca do comercio - this was a great surprise, but it could be advertised by the hotel!

  The hotel was in excellent location and worth the money. the second floor was a bit noicy, but once we got to upper floors it was great.

  Duas nacoes residence was an excellent small hotel right in the city centre, easily reached by from the airport by the 91 bus (only a short walk from the bus stop on rossio). staff were welcoming and helpful and the hotel clean and pleasent.
