  If u don't want to pay for mini bar, which u didnt use better ask them to check mini bar before u check out.. i didnt and when i came back home and checked my credit card account i found out that they charged my credit card without my permission and my knowledge... hope that at least housekeeping enjoy her drink.

  Lay out of buffet very bad, no room to walk around and people coming from all sides to get their food, also, rooms noisey, both from traffic and other guests in the corridor.

  Petit déjeuner identique pendant les 6 jours où nous sommes restés, dommage qu'il ne soit pas plus varié.

  Nous avons eu une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite pour la première nuit, chambre très confortable et spacieuse. le problème est que la douche est conçue d'une telle façon qu'il est impossible de ne pas inonder la salle de bain en prenant une douche. de ce fait elle devient inutilisable car très glissante. nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre ce qui a pu être fait bien que l'hôtel soit complet. il faudrait sans doute revoir la conception des salles de bain des chambres pour personnes à mobilité réduite car je doute que ces personnes puissent utiliser la douche sans prendre de risque de chute.

  Nous recommandons les chambres sur cour ( plutot que sur rue ou en vis à vis d'un mur ) comme la 507/508/509.

  The scrambeld egg at breakfast wasn't very warm on any of the 5 mornings that we had breakfast, may i suggest lids on the hot food & perhaps not cook so much in one go. if you want to use the free wi fi for you laptop, you will need to get a password from the reception desk there had been a few negative reviews of this hotel, but both my husband & i were very impressed & would stay again if we returned to lisbon.

  Leider war es extrem laut , wenn in den nachbarzimmern geduscht oder die toiletenspülung betätigt wurde..... selbst gespräche in normallautstärke waren vom nachbarzimmer exakt zu hören.... schlafen ging daher leider nur mit ohrstöpseln...
