  It is a shame that the décor of the room did not match up to the quality and décor of the reception and breakfast areas.

  Our hotel room (212) was in dire need of a facelift. it was very shabby and tired, paintwork was non-existant in some places due to wear. extremely noisy due to traffic - wouldn't mind if it was just during the day but was really bad through the night which woke you if you managed to get off. as normal never enough hangers although there was plenty of wardrobe space. bathroom/shower fine, towels and linen fine. breakfast more than adequate.

  Mala informacion sobre los servicios de funcionamiento del parking, nos causo problemas que no supieron resolver y que nos costo 30 € más de lo acordado. habitación muy pequeña, interior y con mucho ruido del patio.

  Breakfastroom and lobby were pleasant. room was a bit little. it was clean, but funitures, table and bed was quite poor and especially the planket was old and horrible. i slept with sheet. view from window wasn't nice, unclean courtyard. we couldn't have any drinks from bar in the lobby cause there were not any staff.

  Il faut absolument étudier la possibilité d'agrandir certaines chambres. refaire les peintures des chambres. voir la qualité de l'ammeublement (meuble de la télevision chambre 405) être plus exigent avec le personnel qui nettoye les chambres(poussière présente). l'accueil à la réception est trés bien ainsi qu'au petit déjeuner. il faut indiquer ou les clients doivent sonner pour entrer en cas de retour tardif à l'hotel, ce n'est pas évident de trouver la sonnette des livraisons dans la rue de la madelena.

  -frühstück: frisch gepresster orangensaft und fruchtsalat aus frischen früchten -die zimmer auf die innenhöfe praktisch ohne tageslicht mit dem lärm der klima- und lüftungsanlagen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. man sollte wenigstens mit der künstlichen beleuchtung in den zimmern atmosphäre schaffen!

  Deben mejorarse la calefacción y la insonorización en las habitaciones. por lo demás, es una excelente opción por ubicación, comodidad de las habitaciones, atención al cliente y relación calidad precio.

  Es un hotel que por su situación y amabilidad de su recepción merece la pena. metro, bus y tranvia casi en la puerta. esta es su ventaja e inconveniente puesto que se oye todo desde la habitación

  We thought that the hotel provided fantastic value for money and was in a perfect location for visitors to lisboa. the only downside was that the cost of parking in the nearby underground car park is very high - 60 euros for less than two days!

  Accueil chaleureux, courtois et efficace. chambre toujours impeccable. très bien situé au coeur des activités de lisbonne. très facile d'accéder aux transports en commun (aérobus, bateaux, tram, métro, bus, taxi) et proche de l'aéroport. nous avons tellement apprécié, que nous avons prolongé notre séjour de 4 jours à cet hôtel.

  An zwei abenden (bis ca. 1 uhr nachts) gab es am platz um die ecke sehr laute konzerte. wegen fehlender schallschutzfenster war an schlafen nicht zu denken.

  The hotel is situated in the heart of lisbon. very friendly staff, small but comfortable rooms and the breakfast is ok. only the sound islulation was very poor. this is needed in the city center of a city like lisbon.

  A mon avis l'hôtel ne correspond à son classement les chambres ne sont pas très nettes, le mobilier et les aménagements sont bien fatigués mais l'hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel est charmant
