  Bilder im internet stimmen nicht mit der wirklichkeit überein ,überarbeitung der bilder im internet.beim frühstück etwas mehr abwechslung ansonsten sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite mitarbeiter .

  If you are a light sleeper ask for an end of corridor room as all middle rooms used to connect with a neighbouring room and the door is still there which let's in a fair bit of sound!

  E' difficile trovare l'hotel anche con il gps perché l'indirizzo non è stato dato completo dal sito. la camera è rumorosissima per il condizionatore interno e esterno. difficile riposare. sciomodo per chi non è in macchina perché molto decentrato

  El hotel esta bien, aunque un poco viejo, pero no se puede pedir más por el precio que pagamos. la gente de la recepcion se porto muy bien, y el desayuno abundante.

  J'ai bien apprécié la piscine (en particulier, que le personnel accepte de me laisser en profiter à 7 h 30 alors que l'heure officielle d'ouverture est à 8 h). sympa aussi dans la chambre d'avoir une table près de la fenêtre et de pouvoir travailler en profitant des rayons du soleil.

  Liked the room in the back with balcony (6th floor) and great view! stayed 2 days later and had a room in the front - too noisy and would have changed rooms but there for only 1 night. it was a plus to leave our luggage @ 9am until room was available.

  Service at reception under average, poor english part of the reason but it is no excuse for lack of good behaviour. better training needed!

  Das hotel ist extrem hellhörig. unser zimmer lag genau über der einfahrt zur tiefgarage. schlafen war bis in die frühen morgenstunden wergen der extrem lauten geräusche des garagenrolltores nicht möglich.

  L'hôtel a sans doute connu son heure de gloire. actuellement il est défraîchi. le claquement des portes dans le couloir est particulièrement bruyant et franchement insupportable. en trente ans de voyages, c'est la première fois que j'ai dû payer la chambre à l'avance. pour le reste, ok.

  Hôtel grand standing, à noter simplement de grandes défaillances techniques de l'ascenseur et un accueil qui laisse à désirer. accueil en contraste avec la serviabilité des portuguais en général.

  Would have liked to know in advance that there were additional charges. the room was small. mattress was horrible (but that's to be expected?). electricity didn't work if we weren't in the room so it was always hot when we got back. difficult to cool it off.

  Lontano dai mezzi pubblici, e al ritorno all'hotel vi aspetta una salita interminabile, tenendo conto che cammini tutto il giorno per visitare la città e la sera sei esausto!

  Cet hotel, malgré son trois étoiles est tres vétuste. les chambres sont cependant propres mais bruyante, surtout pour celles donnant sur la rue. la piscine est petite mais tres utile, surtout quand on est avec un enfant!

  I asked for a balcony room due to ask being smokers and i didnt expect the fantastic view overlooking the whole of lisbon. what a fantastic suprise and everybody was so accomodating

  The room was obviously in need of refurbishing and perhaps a tiled floor in the room would be more suitable than carpeting. we took advantage of the senior citizen rate which was very much appreciated!

  We liked the large reception/bar area of the hotel. we also booked a taxi to collect us and the driver had to wait nearly an hour because of how slow the passport processing had been and he was very nice and not annoyed at all at the delay. the reception staff were also helpful in suggesting a restaurant nearby. i can't remember the name (it's up the road from the hotel, on the left through the pink building). the food was excellent though they put some small starters on our table for which we had to pay - we had not requested them, thought they were part of the cover charge but they were more expensive than we thought (a plate of octopus and one of smoked ham - about €18). our room was small but i guess having the nice little terrace facing the river /centre made up for it.

  Je n'ai pas pu payer les petits déjeuners et le parking avec ma carte bleu car votre appareil ne marchait pas le lendemain matin. vous êtes le seul hotel où j'ai payé ma chambre d'avance. mais ce n'est pas important. j'ai répondu (moyen) pour la propreté de la chambre ; car la moquette était à changer dans cette chambre. pour tout le reste , la propreté était excellente.

  Un conseil, demandez une chambre avec balcon, la vue est superbe ! l'hotel est parfait, même s'il est un peu excentré, mais on ne paut pas tout avoir...en tous cas excellent rapport qualité prix !

  Excellent value for money. excellent room and good location, within walking distance of town centre and about 5 minutes from metro, buses and a large shopping centre. food was copious, but quality slightly disappointing, especially new year meal. staff were very helpful.
