  Wuerde ich eher als 4-sterne denn als 3-sterne hotel ansehen. werde ich jederzeit gerne wieder besuchen!

  Hotel parfaitement situé pour visiter la ville : métro à proximité immédiate et bus à deux pas ( 732) bus pour l'aéroport à deux pas. hôtel calme malgré la place marques pombal très proche

  Situation géographique assez bonne mais rien à faire aux alentours le soir et peu de choix de restaurants et bars. petit déjeuner copieux et acceuil chaleureux. je recommande tout de meme cet hotel pour un rapport qualité excellent !

  The hotel seemed more for the business traveler. the staff was thorough, but not as helpful to a first time visitor to lisbon.

  Pas de room service .ni de restaurant a proximitÉ.. problematique lorsqu'on arrive tard. mais le centre ville n'est pas loin en taxi.

  The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean but very small. the breakfast staff were grumpy, resentful and unhelpful. the reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

  Malgré un accueil peu chaleureux, nous avons bien profité de notre séjour à lisbonne. l'hôtel est proche des endroits touristiques, la chambre est accueillante et très lumineuse, le couchage est ferme, les petits déjeuners sont garnis. l'inconvénient : les chambres sont très mal insonorisées... avis d'un couple avec un enfant.

  Hotel à 2 stations de metro du centre,petit dejeuner genial (très copieux),personnels tres sympas,wifi gratuit,chambre et sdb propres,bus pour l'aeroport à 50 m,grande chambre triple pour les enfants....nous le recommandons sans probleme

  En el invierno del año 2004 me aloje en su hotel 3 noches y la unica diferencia que he notado ha sido en el desayuno, respecto a la primera vez que me aloje en el mismo. aquel año el desayuno era mas variado y abundante, realmente impresionaba. por lo demas todo perfecto.

  Nous avons apprécié le service du personnel, la qualité des chambres et la situation de l'hôtel par rapport au centre ville, il s'agit de marcher un petit peu et nous y sommes. comme suggestion, je mentionnerais de varier un peu les petits déjeuners. merci,

  Friendlier/more attentive staff on reception. make it clear that bottles of water on the sideboard are not complementary, ice machine, more newspapers at breakfast, more skin-friendly soap/shower gel and better quality shampoo - or better still individual bottles rather than those nasty dispensers.

  Staff at the dom carlos park were fantastic. they noticed my husbands birthday cards, and when we returned to our room in the evening they had left a gift of a bottle of port - such a generous gesture!!!

  We arrived with a car and found parking just outside the hotel which was very convenient. we had printed directions off the internet and spent at least an hour getting there once we left the interstate. the directions were very difficult to follow. once we arrived our stay was great. free internet in the lobby and a wonderful breakfast in the morning.

  Nice hotel and room, customer service very good and friendly. very comfortable bed but room bit small. location of dom carlos park, great. very central and easy to use metro or walk if so required.

  La posizione è buona a 200 metri dalla metro,la stanza, n:105 mi è sembrata un po' piccola,specie il bagno,la camera odorava di fumo.colazione buona, personale molto disponibile,consiglio per i turisti: affittatevi la macchina e visitate i dintorni,ne vale la pena

  L'hôtel correspondait très bien à la description faite sur le site de réservation "fastbooking". nous y avons séjourné 7 jours du 17 au 25 juin 2007 et apprécié sa localisation, à 2 pas du métro marques pombal. chambre située au 7° étage très calme la nuit. parfait entretien de la chambre (serviettes changées chaque jour). avons apprécié le breakfast très complet : 2 salades de fruits frais variées chaque matin et le reste à discrétion. self service "très light" le soir de notre arrivée....mais c'est un détail! accueil très sympathique à la réception. recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

  The diom carlos park was perfect for our stay. since we used it as a base to explore the rest of portugal, too, its location at such a major subway station made our travels in and out of the city by train very easy as well. the staff was friendly and very accommodating, the rooms (we stayed there three times) were always very clean, and the little touches, like leaving snacks to welcome us upon arrival, were much appreciated. breakfast was very good also. the dom carlos park is excellent value.
