  The room decorations are very gloomy. it almost gave me a depression after spending just 1 night. wouldn't want to stay there for longer...

  Gute lage mit 5minütigem fußweg zur metro. angenehme zimmer mit gutem bad, umfangreiches und leckeres frühstück, insgesamt gepflegtes ambiente, freundliches personal. für den zimmersafe waren pro tag €3,00 fällig. ich hatte die hotelbeschreibung so verstanden, dass der safe inc. sei.

  Hôtel très bien situé, proche du métro,vraiment en face du musée gulbenkian,quartier calme avec des restaurants sympa à quelques pas;personnel très agréable, parlant français ou faisant l'effort de vous comprendre. seul petit bémol: il est dommage que le restaurant propose presque toujours le buffet pour le dîner sous prétexte qu'il reçoit beaucoup de groupes. des jus de fruits frais seraient appréciés au petit déjeuner.

  It'd be good to have a kettle in the room and wider choice in the minibax (bigger water bottles for example) room sound isolation is really bad. it'd be helpful to have directions to the hotel by public transport & not only by car staff at reception could be more friendly

  Estupendo hotel con buenas comunicaciones en metro y autobus el centro historico. desayuno buffet continental y relacion calidad-precio muy buena. ademas la zona es muy tranquila.totalmente recomendable

  Excellent rapport qualité / prix, proche ligne de métro st sebastio "acces facile au centre ville" petite amélioration : du jus d'orange frais le matin ...

  Nous sommes très content de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. bien placé, il a répondu à toutes nos attentes. aucun point négatif!

  Le parking est prévu pour des voitures minuscules le ménage n'est pas nickel la vue des chambres donne sur les tuyaux de climatisation c'est pas terrible

  Ein empfehlenswertes hotel, nur wurde vorher nicht gesagt, dass es sich um ein absolutes nichtraucher-hotel handelt. es war etwas entwürdigend sich zum rauchen vor die tür stellen zu müssen. bei allem verständnis für den schutz der nichtraucher sollte ein renommiertes hotel auch rauchern zumindest eine räumlichkeit für ihr laster bieten.

  Only use the hotel garage after you visit it (without the car). it is only suited for very compact cars.

  El único inconveniente del hotel eran las vistas. nos dieron una habitación que tenía vistas al patio del hotel con todos los tubos de la ventilación...horroroso...toda la estancia con la cortina corrida para no ver el espéctaculo ni ser visto por los vecinos.
