  Gracias por vuestra atención, estuvimos del 29 al 31 de enero del 2011, la habitación estaba limpia, al principio piensas que la cuesta es muy grande pero te viene bien después de haber cenado o comido!, luego en el hotel nos dieron una copa de oporto creo de bienvenida y cuando nos fuimos que era muy por la mañana y la cafetería no estaba abierta, tuvieron el detalle de darnos un café de despedida. solo una sugerencia, que el desayuno se de hasta mas tarde, y que sino lo pueden ampliar, que en la carta de precios para habitación, se tenga esa opciòn de pedir los desayunos para la habitación. gracias por todo y claro que volveremos pronto a lisboa y a vuestro hotel

  Hôtel très bien situé. proche du centre ville et des rues animées le soir. quartier très calme. juste l'ascenseur un peu bruyant la nuit (chambre au 5 ieme étage). petit déjeuner très copieux. hôtel à recommander.

  Warm welcome. nice views from the 5th floor room. good breakfast with big choice and fresh fruit. convenient location. good value for the price we paid and we would stay again.

  Wir hatten das eckzimmer im 5. stock und somit einen wunderbaren rundumblick über die stadt. die lage ist zentral und somit alles in laufnähe zu erreichen. das personal ist außerordentlich freundlich. ich kann dieses hotel nur jedem empfehlen.

  The staff at this hotel can not be criticized in any way. the hotel is on a bit of a hill, but everything is in lisbon. the location is perfect for both the biarre alto, principle real and center of lisbon, yet far enough away from the main street to reduce the noise. the tv choice is excellent, and rooms very warm perfect will 100% stay at this hotel again.

  Hôtel très bien situé au centre de lisbonne. notre chambre triple était claire, propre et avec une belle salle de bains. l'accueil est excellent et la réception toujours prête à fournir des conseils de visites ou de restaurants. le petit déjeuner buffet est correct.

  This was a fantastically located hotel with exceptional staff who made you feel welcome and were very helpful with all enquiries. a welcome portugese wine on arrival was the icing on the cake!

  Grande satifaction tant pour les conditions matérielles (y compris la possibilité de parking) que pour la chaleur de l'accueil (y compris aide apportée après vol dans le métro) et l'excellente ambiance qui règne dans cet hôtel.

  Superbe accueil, hotel idéalement placé en centre ville à 3 minutes à pied du barrio alto. tout confort, les chambres paraissent avoir été récemment rénovées, petit déjeuner complet, quartier tranquille et personnel chaleureux.

  Staying at the hotel made everything easy - we could book all of our tours & tickets directly through reception and the pick point for most tours was 5 mins around the corner at the sofitel. staff at the hotel were knowledgeable, helpful and paitent. our view from our room was excellent ! thank you to all staff

  Asked for a room with a view and got the top floor room with a wonderful panorama over lisbon. friendly welcome with free port and cake at reception. free wireless internet signal in my room. nice furnishings, slightly alternative but better for it. very clean. location was much better for the evenings than where most of the big chain hotels are. would definitely stay there again, although i'd want the same room!

  Nous avons été très bien reçus; le petit déjeuner était très copieux et l'hôtel calme. le réceptionniste nous a bien aidés dans nos recherches de restaurant et de sites touristiques; il a appelé notre compagnie aérienne pour nous aider dans notre voyage de retour. hôtel à conseiller ++

  We had varying rates for different nights, ranging from 48 euro, which was very good value for money, until 155 euro, which was absolutely too much for a cramped and noisy room.

  It's a pity that non-smoking rooms are not available. the smell of cigarette smoke in the room was very strong. it's time for portugal to catch up with the rest of the world in this regard.

  The hotel staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. because we did not know the city at all, we had a lot of questions and they were always so willing to help out and point us in the right direction. one of the friendliest hotel staff i have ever experienced.

  This is one of the best budget hotels i have ever stayed at. when arriving ignore the general look of the area, that's lisbon... easy to walk to all the best sights, lot's of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk of the hotel. the hotel is very clean, absolutely no complaints, the breakfast, big and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. i would stay there again and would recommend to any of my family and friends

  Avons passé notre séjour en 2 parties 1 x 3 nuits (chambre 46: excellent en tous points) et 1 x 2 nuits (chambre 32: trop petite, odeur fumée forte) accueil très professionnel et familial. personnel très attentionné, disponible et agréable

  Excellent accueil. il faut chercher pour trouver l'hotêl car la rue n'est pas indiquée sur les plans de lisbonne. mais en cherchant le jardin botanique, on trouve plus facilement. l'accueil est très bon, sympathique et nous y retournerons.
