  Last year we stayed at this hotel at the same time of the year. it wonderful and the price was 115 euros for the night. we came back this time because we enjoyed very much and ti was again very good but we apyed 170 euros (!!) for the night. i think it is a bit to much to increase the price by 50% in one year.

  Most staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast could have been improved by informing guests that additional hot food could be ordered i.e. on our last day a lady ordered a specially prepared poached egg which was not available on the buffet. overall a very good hotel in an ideal location.

  I found the breakfast room a bit gloomy and the 'offer' a little bland for the price. also, it would be a good idea to install a toaster. the 'snack' area located in the bar was excellent and the food very good.

  Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent local knowledge. would be better raising the price slightly and including breakfast in the tariff because no one checks. a slight "drain" smell in the bathroom.

  Spacious room and helpful staff. however, hotel did not respond to my e-mail requesting information and help on airport transportation upon arrival.

  While the hotel facilities were not bad, it's located right by a "gentlemen's club" and a theatre which make it noisy in the middle of the night. the room was quite clean, but the room itself was quite "average." alhtough it had a mini-bar in the room, it had coffee maker in the room, etc.

  I prepaid for my room and had a pleasant surprise on arrival as we were upgraded to a suite with a compimentary bottle of port.

  We had a number of excellent meals in local restaurants. perhaps you could encourage guests to advise you about these so you can give recommendations to arriving guests.

  Bien que de superbe qualité, l'hôtel n'est pas très moderne dans son design et sa décoration.

  Excellent hotel avec un service aimable, efficace, proactif et très attentionné. satisfaisant à tout égard. buffet déjeuner excellent. c'est un hôtel hautement recommendable.

  We were allocated a room that was the size of a 1 bed flat! it was beautiful and the added extras, robes, port, slippers, were a bonus. very good, polite staff. it's an expensive choice in a city packed with good quality hotels, but for a treat it's definitely worth it.

  I found the hotel quite over priced. in addition, we were given a smoking room which we did not request. even though the both of us did not smoke our room smelled of cigarettes each morning.

  Overall a well run hotel in a central position offering a good breakfast choice. rooms are small but well fitted and bathrooms also small. the small separate lounges are very pleasant and relaxing and well furnished

  This hotel was even bette than it looked on your website. the whole hotel was beautiful and the main entrance was in my opinion stunning, giving a feel for the rest of the hotel. it was in the perfect location just off the main road, so no noise. the staff were fantastic. my only disappointment was the breakfast. i think it could have been a little better given the rest of the hotel. i would definately recommend it.
